Battalion 2 encompasses the central part of the County, including the unincorporated areas of Red Bluff, Los Molinos, El Camino, Gerber, Bend, Dairyville, Proberta, Los Flores, Vina, and the City of Tehama. Battalion 2 is home to CAL FIRE/ Tehama County Fire Headquarters, the Emergency Command Center, and the main automotive fleet maintenance shop. Battalion 2 is responsible for maintaining the Multi-Casualty Incident (MCI) response trailer, and service testing all the ladders for both Tehama County Fire Department and the CAL FIRE Tehama-Glenn Unit.
