The Tehama County Fire Department and CAL FIRE Tehama Glenn Unit Battalion II encompass a large area of the Sacramento Valley and eastern foothills. Red Bluff, Antelope, Dales Station, Bend, Gerber, El Camino, City of Tehama, Los Molinos, Dairyville, Vina, and the rural areas surrounding those communities make up the area of Battalion II. Within the Battalion lie 99% of the Union Pacific Railroad main line tracks, 25 miles of Interstate 5, Hwy 99E, and 99% of the Sacramento River. Battalion II is the County’s busiest Battalion responding to over 4000 all-risk incidents per year between County, State, mutual aid and auto aid response.
